ELEMCA is a private & independent laboratory, recommended by ESA* and labelled “SME” by CNES.
We provide testing services for reliable electronics.
>PCB & PCBA qualification (microsectioning - IPC or ECSS criteria)
>component testing (DPA, LAT, upscreening)
>vacuum (TVAC, outgassing)
>failure analysis, using X-ray CT, FIB, SEM-EDX

Two premises: ELEMCA lab (Ramonville, FR) + joint CNES-ELEMCA platform (Toulouse, FR).
*Since 2022, ESA fully recommends ELEMCA as a Category A laboratory for assembly microsectioning and qualification.
