1. Large-scale cultural transformation in space engineering

A two-year programme representing around 430 consulting days, involving nearly 100 managers across 8 cohorts and around 30 teams, from shop-floor employees to executive leadership.

The transformation broke silos between engineering, production, project and support teams, strengthened cross-functional cooperation and helped shift behaviours from caution and perfectionism toward initiative, experimentation and greater ownership.

During this transformation journey, the organisation was also recognised as a Factory of the Future in 2026.


2. Scaling complex space and defence organisations

Supporting multinational and mission-critical organisations through exceptional growth, including a European satellite programme scaling from around 300 to 500 people in one year, led by a 10-director Core Team, and a defence organisation that doubled in five years and is preparing to double again.

The work strengthens decision-making, onboarding, governance and cross-silo collaboration, while building organisational structures capable of absorbing rapid growth without losing agility, autonomy or operational effectiveness.


3. Turning ideas into prototypes, managers into catalysts, and groups into action

12 space innovation projects taken from raw idea to prototype during a single Startup Weekend; 50 aerospace managers mobilised in a flagship leadership event around winning as one team; and 200+ innovation, entrepreneurship and collective-intelligence interventions delivered across Europe.
