Alloy Additive’s proprietary T4HD TIG-based WAAM system is designed specifically for high-deposition printing of exotic alloys such as titanium, Inconel and Invar, combining large-scale metal deposition with advanced process control and material-specific know-how. We are not only developing the technology, we have already validated it through demanding real-world applications. Our parts have passed rocket static-fire testing, vacuum leak testing and functional aerospace/defense validation, with around 30 parts used in space-related applications and one set currently in orbit.
