CEiiA is a Portuguese engineering and product-development centre focused on transforming space infrastructure and data into sustainable and strategic services.
Our main space programme is the Atlantic Constellation, a European Earth-observation system combining very-high-resolution optical and SAR capabilities, designed to provide sub-metric resolution, frequent revisit and operational reliability. At the heart of this ecosystem, the Atlantic Data Hub integrates and fuses satellite and complementary data, applying artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to create actionable services for sustainability, infrastructure monitoring, cities, forestry, maritime domain awareness, civil protection, security and defence.
In the upstream segment, CEiiA provides engineering for complex, lightweight and cost-effective structures for launchers and other aerospace applications: from requirements, design and analysis to manufacturing, integration and verification. Through its participation in N3O, the ecosystem also incorporates dedicated satellite mission-design, manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing capabilities.
Over the next decade, CEiiA intends to progressively extend its engineering, digital and sustainability expertise towards emerging cis-lunar activities, through European and international partnerships.

ATLANTIC CONSTELLATION AND ATLANTIC DATA HUB
The Atlantic Constellation is CEiiA’s flagship space initiative and the central focus of its participation at Industry Space Days. It is a scalable European Earth-observation system combining very-high-resolution optical and SAR data to deliver sub-metric imagery, frequent revisit and reliable monitoring capabilities.
The Atlantic Data Hub forms the intelligence and service layer of the system. It integrates constellation data with complementary space and non-space sources, using data fusion, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to transform observation capacity into decision-support products for sustainability, infrastructure, cities, forestry, maritime-domain awareness, civil protection, security and defence.
CEiiA contributes programme development, systems engineering, data-platform architecture, artificial intelligence, application development and market-driven use cases. Its upstream engineering capabilities also support the development and industrialisation of complex structures for launchers and other aerospace systems.
The programme operates through a complementary industrial ecosystem. Through its participation in N3O, CEiiA connects the initiative to dedicated satellite mission-design, manufacturing and assembly, integration and testing capabilities. CEiiA is also a founding shareholder of GEOSAT, which is the operator of the Atlantic Constellation ecosystem.
In the longer term, CEiiA plans to use the knowledge, partnerships and industrial capabilities established through the programme as a foundation for participation in emerging cis-lunar activities during the next decade.

More information about my needs
At Industry Space Days, CEiiA is primarily seeking industrial, institutional and end-user partnerships to expand the Atlantic Constellation and Atlantic Data Hub.
We are interested in complementary optical, SAR and other sensing capabilities; satellite payloads and subsystems; secure communications and ground-segment technologies; complementary data sources; and solutions for data fusion, interoperability, artificial intelligence and secure digital infrastructure.
We also seek application partners, pilot customers and commercial channels for sustainability, infrastructure and territorial monitoring, forestry, maritime-domain awareness, civil protection, security and defence.
In parallel, CEiiA is open to engineering and industrial partnerships for complex launcher and aerospace structures. Looking toward the next decade, we are interested in exploratory partnerships that can progressively extend these engineering and digital capabilities to the emerging cis-lunar economy.
